Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 0.25 ozSimple Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

Instructions

Stir bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters with ice for 20 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express orange peel over the surface and drop in.
